Streamly is software for playing content through a user-selected IPTV service that supports Xtream. Heresta does not provide or sell TV channels, streams, playlists or subscriptions.

You may only use Streamly for content you are legally entitled to access. You are responsible for your provider, credentials, subscriptions and the legality of the content you view.

Use that infringes copyrights, applicable law or third-party rights is prohibited.

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use Streamly. You may not sell, rent, reverse engineer or distribute the app without authorisation, to the extent permitted by law.

Streamly is provided as available. Its operation also depends on your device, internet connection and external IPTV service. Heresta does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific channels, stream quality or compatibility with every provider.

Heresta is not responsible for content or services from external providers. To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damages, data loss, lost income or interruptions is excluded.

Streamly and these terms may be amended. The date at the top of this document will be updated for material changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
